01 Electrical Foreman – North End
Description:
Responsible for ensuring crew follows all state, local, jobsite and company safety policies. Lead morning meetings. Plan, supervise and perform all phases of commercial electrical work. Communicate clearly with crew and office, order materials and approve field time for crew. Work closely with Superintendents and Project Managers to control hours and job costs.
Reports to: Superintendents
Full time: 40 hours/week
Compensation: $58 – $61 per hour, DOE

Assigned Tasks:
01 Electrician
- Perform electrical work in a safe and efficient manner
- Supervise crews in the installation of electrical systems including installation of wiring, conduits, transformers, lighting, switches, breakers, meters, switch gear etc.
- Recommending changes to electrical design to ensure that they meet local codes and standards
- Read, understand, interpret construction drawings
- Oversee and train Electrical Trainees
- Submit materials requests to Purchasing Agent.
- Submit safety inspections – Weekly/or at change of task
- Complete accident report and send to Safety Dept/HR/Superintendent
- Receive and inventory materials via Procore
- Accurately post time in Field Time (Jonas), assigned to correct projects/tasks
AutoCAD drafter
Reports to: Design Manager
Full time (40hours/week)
Hourly Wage: DOE

Accountabilities:
- Create CAD drawings to company standards
- Create electrical and lighting designs based on speciation’s provided
- Create lighting layouts and perform lighting calculations
- Understand photo-metric calculations and us them in the design process
- Create one-line riser diagrams in CAD
- Design circuiting for light fixture and electrical devices
- Perform voltage drop and load calculations
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Commercial electrical knowledge experience is a plus
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
